iPrevision Employee Internet Management Suite Service Includes the following;   WEB SITE FILTERING:  Filters viewed web sites based on domain name, URL and key words. System generated reports identify sites for review.   INTERNET MONITORING: Monitors web traffic moving through your network by user name, internal IP address and computer name. INSTANT MESSAGING (IM) CONTROL:  Provides visibility to the most common IM formats (i.e. Yahoo, MSN, AOL, IRC).  WEB MAIL MONITORING: Tracks the most common Web-mail accounts, (i.e. Yahoo, MSN) accessed from within your network.  Archives inbound and outbound SMTP electronic mail traffic that passes through the broadband internet connection destine or sourced from an SMTP electronic mail server.  Archives internal electronic mail in a Microsoft Exchange Server™ environment.  Scans inbound and outbound electronic mail for SPAM.

The Annual Service, Content Updates and Support/Maintenance Fee are based on the number of Authorized Users that will be accessing the iPrevision Employee Internet Management Suite.

NOTE:  The first Annual Service and Support/Maintenance Fee of $6550.00 will be payable one (1) year after the Date of this Service Order, with subsequent Annual Service and Support/Maintenance Fee due on the annual anniversary of this Service Order.

An Authorized User is defined as any unique user name or physical computer connected to the Local Area or Wide Area computer network
