 Service Includes the following; WEB SITE FILTERING: Filters viewed web sites based on domain name, URL and key words. System generated reports identify sites for review. INTERNET MONITORING: Monitors web traffic moving through your network by internal IP address.

NOTE: The Monthly Service and Support/Maintenance Fee of $69.00 will be payable thirty (30) days after the Date of this Service Order, with subsequent Monthly Service and Support/Maintenance Fee due on the monthly anniversary of this Service Order.
YOU AGREE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE iPREVISION SERVICE FOR NO LESS THAN 12 MONTHS (THE “SERVICE COMMITMENT”). IF YOU FAIL TO MEET THE SERVICE COMMITMENT BY CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE iPREVISION SERVICE (OR IF iPREVISION TERMINATES YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE iPREVISION SERVICE DUE TO A BREACH OF LICENSE TERMS), YOU AGREE THAT iPREVISION MAY CHARGE YOU THE REMAINING NUMBER OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO MEET THE MINIMUM 12 MONTH SERVICE COMMITMENT AND YOU AGREE TO PAY ANY SUCH SERVICE COMMITMENT FEES.
